The Greatest Casualty is NOT Forgotten by C.P. Partners Press Release
Montgomery, TX, May 13, 2014: Capture Planning Partners LLC (C.P. Partners) is proud to announce our official sponsorship of The Wounded Warrior Project®. “As a veteran-owned company it was the natural thing to do. We have pledged to stand by these warriors not just today or tomorrow, but for a lifetime”, says CEO and owner, Caylee Drucker.
The Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) started as a program to provide comfort items to wounded service members, and has grown into a complete rehabilitative effort to assist warriors as they transition back to civilian life. Their vision is to foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded service members in our nation's history. Their purpose is to raise awareness and enlist the public's aid for the needs of injured service members, to help injured service members aid and assist each other, and to provide unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of injured service members. They serve veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound, co-incident to their military service on or after September 11, 2001 and their families.
With advancements in battlefield medicine and body armor, an unprecedented percentage of service members are surviving severe wounds or injuries. In addition to the physical wounds, it is estimated as many as 400,000 service members live with the invisible wounds of war including combat-related stress, major depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Another 320,000 are believed to have experienced a traumatic brain injury while on deployment.
We have pledged our support to share with our social community, family and friends the importance of the program. To pledge your support you can go to https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org/Pledge .
